Digital Library

We created our Digital Library in 2021, thanks to a very generous donation from our sponsor, Lord Laidlaw of Rothiemay. 

Our Digital Library is a place where children can become life-long readers who appreciate literature and see the magic and wonder that comes from reading a great book. It is also a place where children will learn to be responsible digital citizens who access and use information efficiently.

Children will use digital media, alongside traditional media, in order to understand the benefits of using both. They will learn how digital and traditional media are complementary and have different purposes.

Through collaboration, curiosity and critical enquiry, our pupils will learn how to read, write and interact across a range of platforms, to help them become the leaders of tomorrow.
