Westgate Hill Receives Edurio Award

We are delighted to share that Westgate Hill Primary Academy has won the Primary Staff Choice Award at this year’s Edurio Awards.

The award recognises the primary schools where staff are most likely to recommend their workplace as a good place to work. It is based on responses from Edurio’s 2025/26 staff survey, including the question: “On a scale from 1–10, how likely are you to recommend your workplace as a good place to work?”

Westgate Hill was recognised among the top 10 primary schools nationally, following responses from staff across 1,236 primary schools that took part in the 2025/26 survey.

The award is a fantastic reflection of the experiences and views shared by our staff and recognises the contribution of the whole Westgate Hill team in creating a positive place to work.

We are incredibly proud of this recognition and would like to thank every member of staff for the part they play in making Westgate Hill a great place to work and learn.

The Westgate Hill team will be invited to the Edurio Awards and Community Event in London on Thursday 3rd December.
